Income Stream One
RETAIL PROFIT
You drive. You earn. Every minute.
As a driver, you earn $1.00 for every minute you're actively moving a passenger. Passengers pay $2.50/min. The rest funds the team structure.

Tips pass through to you 100% — zero deductions. You can continue driving for Uber or Lyft simultaneously. There is no exclusivity requirement.

Income Stream Two
FAST START BONUS
Recruit someone new. Get paid this week.
Every time you recruit a new team member, you earn an immediate cash bonus the same week. The amount depends on what they purchase when they sign up.
Paid: Weekly
Key: This is your Day 1 income from recruiting. Even a single recruit puts cash in your pocket within 7 days.

Income Stream Three
ELITE REBATE
25% of your own purchases back in cash, every week.
Every week, you receive 25% cash back on your personal RV purchases (tracked through your RV1 center). It's automatic — no application, no waiting.

Note: Only half the RV rolls up to the team when you use the elite rebate. The other half funds your cash-back. New members don't qualify on their very first activation order.

Income Stream Four
RESIDUAL COMMISSION
Your team earns. You earn too. Automatically.
Every month, you earn up to 10% of the sales volume generated by the weaker (smaller) leg of your team tree.

Think of your team as having a left side and a right side. The system always calculates your commission from whichever side is doing less volume — this encourages balanced growth.
Paid: Monthly  Max: $20K per center

Income Stream Five — The Compounding Engine
RI OVERRIDE MATCH
Your recruit earns $X. You also earn $X. Every single month.
When someone you personally recruited earns their Residual Commission, you earn a 100% match of that amount — paid to you in addition, not taken from them.

Both of you get paid. This continues indefinitely, for as long as they stay active. You can have unlimited recruits in your tree, all generating matches simultaneously.

Example — Year 3 with a 10-person direct team
Each recruit earns $500/month residual commission

Your override match — on top of your own residual income. Not taken from them. Generated in addition.
This is the income stream that compounds indefinitely. Every recruit added is a permanent monthly multiplier.

Income Stream Six
LEADERSHIP BONUS
Rank up as your team grows. Earn more as you advance.
As your combined team volume grows, you advance through 8 rank levels. Each rank unlocks a percentage bonus calculated against your weak leg volume. There's no extra work required — your team activity automatically qualifies you.

Income Stream Seven — Top Tier
GLOBAL SHARE BONUS
For the biggest builders. A share of all global revenue.
When your team generates 400,000 RV or more in a single month, you qualify for the Global Share Bonus. You earn one "share" for each qualifying month in a quarter — up to 3 shares maximum.

At the end of each quarter, the company distributes 1% of all global RV among qualifying leaders, proportional to their shares.
